5 1/4” high-carbon steel blade with 4 3/4” blue dyed spalted pecan handle. 2” deep at heel. The blade has a forced patina which will change with use. Includes wooden travel sheath. For kitchen use - a very fine edge profiled for slicing meat and vegetables.
